Forty-two 蜜桃视频 Community College student-athletes and six teams earned academic distinction by the National Junior College Athletic Association for the 2017-18 school year.

鈥淭he hard work of our students and coaches are evident in these results,鈥 said President Dr. Seth Carter. 鈥淥ur students not only excel athletically, but they do a stellar job academically as well.鈥

To earn NJCAA All-Academic first-team recognition, a student-athlete must carry a 4.00 grade point average. Second-team honorees have a GPA between 3.80 and 3.99. GPAs for third-team members range from 3.60 to 3.79.

First Team: Krystal Appel (softball); Julie Archer (volleyball); Brooke Bixenman (women鈥檚 Basketball); Moses Bol (men鈥檚 basketball); Whisper Doliwa (softball); Jessica Gamez-Ramos (women鈥檚 cross country, outdoor track and field, indoor track and field); Anica Jestratijevic (volleyball); Alexis Kagan (softball); Drake Kirkwood (baseball); Brynn Niblock (Volleyball); Honore Niyongira (men鈥檚 basketball); Emily Westeman (women鈥檚 cross country, outdoor track and field, indoor track and field); Karissa Winkel (volleyball) and AJ Yamaguchi (baseball).

Third Team: 3.60-3.79 GPA

Six teams earned NJCAA All-Academic status for collectively attaining a 3.0 GPA. Teams making the list are baseball (3.28), softball (3.54), volleyball (3.37), women鈥檚 indoor and outdoor track and field (3.47) and women鈥檚 cross country (3.35).
