To give parents an opportunity to complete Christmas shopping and other holiday-related tasks, the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee at 蜜桃视频 Community College is hosting the first Christmas Day Camp for children ages 4 to 10. During the event from 2-5 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 8, in the campus gym, youngsters will enjoy a Christmas movie, holiday crafts and games.
鈥淐hristmas is a time for giving,鈥� said SAAC member and volleyball player Julie Archer. 鈥淭he CCC Student-Athlete Advisory Committee appreciates all the 蜜桃视频 community does to support us. We are thankful for attendance at games, our host families, and many other things. We would like to give back by providing a few hours of fun for parents and children of the community.鈥�
There is no charge for the day camp, but parents should RSVP to SAAC@colbycc.edu with the number and ages of children who will attend.
